Achieved cost effective resolution of complicated disputes up to $40 million including structured negotiations and mediation, as well as arbitration and litigation.

Foley Companies (1/81 – 6/87), Vice President Legal Counsel/Manager of Contract Administration - Provided procurement, contracts and labor advice to specialty contractor involved with mechanical and electrical contracting. Began supporting Power Division and advanced to Corporate Legal assisting in company re-organization.
